1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GrowCo ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GrowCo is a marketplace platform connecting real estate wholesalers and investors. We facilitate the listing and discovery of off-market wholesale properties. GrowCo is not a licensed real estate broker and does not participate in any real estate transactions.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Listing Rules

• All listings must represent real, legitimate properties you have the right to market.
• Pricing and property information must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You may not post fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings.
• GrowCo reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules.

5. No Real Estate Advice

GrowCo provides informational tools only, including AI-generated deal summaries and analyses. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, or real estate advice. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without permission.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on GrowCo is owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant GrowCo a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

GrowCo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any real estate transaction facilitated through it.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
